Being a family managed, but full service inn, we try to schedule your arrival, stay and departure carefully and with concern for your special needs. In that way your visit with us can be an event with mutually pleasant memories.
We have attempted to avoid rules, but knowing them helps you, our guest, as much as it does us the Innkeepers. Of course, as we get to know each other, trust develops and rules relax. Until that time here are our basic guidelines:

A one-night stay requires a deposit of the full room cost. Longer stays require half of the total cost of the stay as a deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at checkout. Prices are subject to change.

To guarantee your reservation, a credit card will be charged or we will expect to receive a check within seven days of booking the reservation. Cash payments will be accepted at checkout; however we do require a credit card to hold the room prior to your arrival. We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Refunds will be made if we receive notice of cancellation seven days prior to your scheduled arrival; however, there will be a processing fee of $25.
If cancellation occurs within seven days no refund will be offered, unless we are able to re-rent your room. Guests with confirmed reservations who don’t arrive will receive no refund.

All rates include double occupancy, continental breakfast, and afternoon tea service. In addition to the room rate, all reservations are subject to a 12.5% tax. A charge of $25 will be assessed for each additional person staying in the room.

A two-night minimum stay is requested on weekends, single night stays are available Sunday through Thursday. Some holidays or special events may require a longer minimum stay. Please inquire about those when making reservations.

Arrangements for pets can be made, but they are not allowed at the Inn. If you would like information about boarding pets during your stay, please contact us.

We feel that spring breakers, children and infants will be more comfortable at other accommodations. However, the Innkeepers listen to special cases for older, well behaved children.

For the health or our guests and staff, we are a smoke-free inn. Guests may smoke in our garden or porch areas. Receptacles are provided for extinguishing cigarettes, so please respect our grounds.

Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. Our reception area will remain open until 10:00 p.m. If you require an arrival later than that please let us know so we can make special arrangements.

Check out is set for 11:00 a.m. With prior notice we would be happy to honor late check out requests, if available.
